Parkrun Wascana

Parkrun Wascana is a free, timed 5K event every Saturday morning.

Marathon Matters

The club offers opportunity for competitive and recreational running and training, as well as a social environment where you can get support and help on building your running calendar with a specific focus on the marathon and ultra distances.

Jaleta Pacers

The Jaleta Pacers is a performance-oriented distance running club with diverse membership and all different levels of ability.  Members join to qualify for the Boston and New York City Marathons, to improve their running times and to establish a fitness routine.  The Pacers train throughout the year.

lululemon YQR Run Club

Walk or Run with them every Tuesday @ 5:30pm and every second Saturday at 8:00am starting April 16th. Their 20 week training for both walkers and runner will include various training including short/long distances, hills, sprints as well as circuit training.
Location: Bottom of Douglas Park Hill
Distance: 6.5 km Tuesday's + 10km every second Saturday's
All activity levels are welcome!

Conviction Fitness

They offer group and personalized coaching. They help runners prepare for all races, but trail and obstacle course races are their specialty.

Regina Multisport Club Run Crew

The RMC Run Crew is a fun running group open to all levels of multi-sport athletes.  Their goal is to encourage and motivate each other to get out running and provide a little safety in numbers.  You can take the runs as easy or as hard as you like and they will not leave anyone to run on their own (unless that is your thing).  Distances may range from 5-10km depending on your speed and will generally be around the Wascana Lake area.
